The system comprises a closed storage rack, an automatic warehousing device, a first conveyor belt, a plurality of stacking devices and a man-machine interaction window, wherein the closed storage rack is arranged on the periphery of the intelligent transceiving and automatic warehousing system of the logistics terminal, and containers of different dimensions are fixedly mounted on the closed storage rack; a warehousing port is formed in one side of the closed storage rack; the automatic warehousing device is mounted at the warehousing port; the first conveyor belt is arranged in a region enclosed by the closed storage rack, and the starting end of the first conveyor belt is arranged on the automatic warehousing device; the stacking devices are arranged between the first conveyor belt and the closed storage rack; the man-machine interaction window is arranged on the outer sideof the closed storage rack; the automatic warehousing device is provided with a second conveyor belt; when the automatic warehousing device is started, one end of the second conveyor belt is in butt joint to the first conveyor belt while the other end of the second conveyor belt stretches outward to the outer side of the warehousing port; and when the automatic warehousing device is closed, the automatic warehousing device closes the warehousing port.
