The grouting hole is formed in the inner wall of the pipeline solid body. The sliding rail is composed of a sliding rail upper half part and a sliding rail lower half part. An upper slurry discharging hole is formed in the sliding rail upper half part and connected with the grouting spraying pipe. A lower slurry discharging hole is formed in the sliding rail lower half part and connected with a grouting hole outlet.
