Embodiment Construction

[0027] The embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention can be implemented in various ways defined and covered below.

[0028] refer to Figure 1-3 , the preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a kind of constraining device, is used for constraining photosensitive resin model 10 in photoelastic freezing test, in order to prevent photosensitive resin model 10 from deforming when freezing loading, wherein, photosensitive resin model 10 is fit Installed mortise and groove model 11 and tenon and tenon model 12, the constraining device includes: the upper chuck 20 for clamping the first loading end 110 of the tenon and groove model 11 and the lower for clamping the second loading end 120 of the tenon and groove model 12 The chuck 30, the upper chuck 20 and the lower chuck 30 are arranged oppositely, and the upper chuck 20 and the lower chuck 30 are respectively connected ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a restraint device and a photoelastic test method of a photosensitive resin model by adopting the same. The device comprises an upper chuck, a lower chuck, wherein the upper chuck is used for clamping a first loading end of a mortise model, the lower chuck is used for clamping a second loading end of a tenon model, the upper chuck and the lower chuck are oppositely arranged, and the upper chuck and the lower chuck are respectively connected with a loading head of a loading device so as to apply a load, which enables the mortise model and the tenon model to be relativelyfar away, to the photosensitive resin model under the action of the loading device; and the upper chuck is connected with a restraint frame sleeved outside the photosensitive resin model, two sides of the restraint frame are respectively abutted against two side walls on the mortise model, and the two side walls are parallel to the direction of the loading force applied by the loading device, sothat the deformation of the mortise model is constrained when the tenon model is extruded by the loading force. The restraint device can reduce deformation of the photosensitive resin model in the photoelastic freezing test, enhance the strength of the photosensitive resin model and improve the precision of the photoelastic freezing test.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of photoelasticity testing, in particular, to a restraint device. In addition, the present invention also relates to a photoelasticity testing method of a photosensitive resin model using the above-mentioned constraining device. Background technique [0002] The ideal situation of the photoelastic test model is to meet similar conditions. At present, the mature epoxy resin model can meet this condition, but when the epoxy resin model is used for the test, the test period is longer and the test cost is higher. In order to reduce the test cost and shorten the test cycle, the mainstream research direction in the world is to use the photosensitive resin model to conduct the photoelastic freezing test. However, the frozen elastic modulus of the photosensitive resin model is low, and when a large load is applied, it will produce a large deformation, which will increase the test error and even lead to the ...
