The method comprises the following steps: receiving an input text which is input by a user and is associated with a merchant; inputting the input text into a feature extraction model to obtain a feature vector corresponding to the input text, wherein a text vector matrix is obtained according to the inputtext through feature extraction, and a feature vector associated with the input text is obtained through a plurality of convolution feature matrixes extracted from the text vector matrix and a cyclicfeature matrix; obtaining a probability value of the input text corresponding to each label in a label set according to the feature vector, and taking the label with the maximum probability value inthe label set as an emotion label of the input text; and sending the emotional tag of the input text to the merchant associated with the input text. The accuracy of text sentiment classification and recognition is improved, and 99% of prediction precision can be achieved by conducting sentiment classification and recognition on texts such as user comments and chatting records.
