Abstract

The invention provides an audio and video data transmission method based on drivers of FFmpeg and EMIF. The method is used for solving the technical problems of poor portability and unfavorable secondary development in the prior art, and includes the following implementation steps: preforming analog-to-digital conversion on an audio analog signal and an image analog signal; compressing the audio digital signal and the image digital signal on DSP; encapsulating audio-compressed data and image-compressed data on the DSP; writing a user space driver of an external memory interface EMIF; and transmitting the encapsulated audio and video data to FPGA based on the user space drivers of the FFmpeg and the EMIF. As the FFmpeg supports a plurality of operating systems, the portability of the methodis strong; the FFmpeg provides rich audio and video processing function interfaces, so that the method is beneficial to secondary development; and by writing the user space driver of the EMIF, the step of a kernel driver of the EMIF by loading the driver into the kernel is omitted.
