A fin electric heating device for simulating high heat flux density of focusing solar energy consists of multiple external fins (1), electric insulating layers (2), electric heating coating films (3),a heat absorbing wall surface (4), filling heat insulation layers (5), current leads (6) and DC power supplies (7). The external fins (1) have a function of enhancing heat flux of the heat absorbingwall surface (4).
