Abstract

The invention discloses a dynamic performance testing device for a magneto-rheological elastomer vibration isolator. The device comprises a magneto-rheological elastomer vibration isolator, a force sensor, a laser displacement sensor, a fixed station, a connecting element, a sliding table, a vibration exciter, a signal generator, a power amplifier, a data collection card, a direct-current power supply, a bracket, sliding blocks and a guide rail, wherein the signal generator generates different excitation signals; after the excitation signals are amplified through the power amplifier, the vibration exciter is driven to horizontally vibrate to drive the sliding table to vibrate; the bottom of the magneto-rheological elastomer vibration isolator is installed on the sliding table and vibratesalong with the sliding table; the direct current power supply provides different currents for the vibration isolator; the upper part of the vibration isolator is connected with the bracket fixedly connected to the fixed station through the force sensor; the force sensor measures force applied to the upper part of the vibration isolator; the laser displacement sensor installed on the bracket measures the displacement of the bottom of the vibration isolator; and a measured force signal and a measured displacement signal are transmitted into the data collection card. By use of the device, the displacement-force characteristics of the vibration isolator under different excitations and currents can be measured.
