Embodiment 1

[0025] The determination of embodiment 1 new index

[0026] 1. Among the RA patients who completed the standard treatment according to the guidelines and were followed up for 1 year, the baseline body composition index variables that could predict the physical dysfunction after 1 year were screened, and the univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis methods were used to correct the patient's gender, Baseline ASMI (OR=0.622, 95% CI: 0.399-0.969) and less Myopathy (OR=2.237, 95%CI: 1.144-4.374) is a predictor of physical dysfunction in RA patients after 1 year, that is, after adjusting the above confounding factors, every 1 kg / m increase in baseline ASMI in RA patients 2 The risk of physical dysfunction after 1 year was reduced by 37.8%, and the risk of physical dysfunction in RA patients with baseline sarcopenia was 2.237 times that of non-sarcopenic patients after 1 year (Table 1). Therefore, according to baseline body composition, RA patients were divided into ...

Embodiment 2

[0036] Example 2 A new clinical condition assessment system for predicting physical dysfunction in patients with rheumatoid arthritis after 1 year

[0037] A new clinical condition assessment system for predicting physical dysfunction in patients with rheumatoid arthritis after 1 year, including the clinical condition assessment system recommended by guidelines, and the new index body fat percentage (BF%) in Example 1.

[0038] According to the new system, the process of predicting the clinical condition assessment and guiding treatment of rheumatoid arthritis patients' physical dysfunction after one year is as follows figure 1 Shown: On the basis of the clinical condition evaluation system recommended by the guidelines, the baseline body composition of the overall RA patients was analyzed, and the patients were divided into baseline sarcopenia and baseline non-sarcopenia according to the ASMI value. Patients with sarcopenia were monitored for changes in body fat after 3 month...

Abstract

The invention discloses a clinical condition evaluation new system for predicting after-one-year physical dysfunction of a rheumatoid arthritis patient. The new system is based on combination of a setof researched new indexes for predicting the after-one-year physical dysfunction of the rheumatoid arthritis patient, namely a limb muscle index (ASMI) and a body fat percentage (BF%). The new systemcan accurately screen the high-risk patient, the middle-risk patient and the low-risk patient in an aspect of after-one-year physical dysfunction, and furthermore the time can be earlier than prior art for nine months to one year. Furthermore different treatment plans are adopted so that intensive treatment can be performed on the high-risk patient and the middle-risk patient earlier for one yearor nine months, thereby more effectively preventing physical dysfunction of the RA patient, improving life quality of the patient, reducing economic loads of the patient, the family and the society, and realizing important meaning and high value in treatment controlling and monitoring of rheumatoid arthritis.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of medical technology. More specifically, it relates to a new system of clinical condition assessment to predict physical dysfunction in patients with rheumatoid arthritis after 1 year. Background technique [0002] The incidence of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in mainland China is about 0.42%, and the male to female prevalence rate is about 1:4. According to the results of the second national sample survey of disabled people in 2006, RA is the primary cause of physical disability among women in my country (9.4%). The high disability rate of RA seriously affects the work and living ability of patients. In 2013, a national multi-center survey on the disability and physical function limitation of patients with rheumatoid arthritis showed that the disease duration was <1 year, 1-<5 years, 5 years ~<10 years, 10~<15 years and ≥15 years patients had joint deformity with physical dysfunction rate were 5.41%, 18.63...
