The method comprises a step of determining the number of virtual power distribution terminals and connecting all virtual power distribution terminals to a tested master station based on the quantity of measurement data to be generated, a step of grouping each virtual power distribution terminal and controlling the virtual power distribution terminals in each group to simulate distribution network operation data to generate the massive measurement data, and a step of allowing each virtual power distribution terminal to parallelly upload the massive measurement data to the tested master station and generating a performance analysis result of the tested master station. According to the invention, the distributed packet data management is applied to the virtual power distribution terminals, the massive measurement data is generated, the tested master station is parallelly visited through multiple threads, the test level of a master station system and test work efficiency can be greatly improved, and a standardized, scientific and real test result can be provided for test evaluation.
