Abstract

The invention provides a color image encryption method based on dynamic DNA and 4D chaos, aiming at solving the technical problem of image encryption based on traditional static DNA. The method comprises: using 4D chaos to generate two groups of four chaos matrixes which respectively correspond to a DNA confusion operation and a dynamic DNA coding matrix of three channels of red, green and blue,and a rule matrix and a chaos matrix of a dynamic DNA diffusion operation of the three channels. Due to the fact that the initial parameters of the 4D chaos are determined by the Hash algorithm and the plaintext, the encryption method can resist plaintext selection attacks, and dynamic DNA encryption can be achieved.
