The cubic satellite unlocking and separating mechanism mainly comprises a main frame structure, a satellite separating structure, an electromagnetic locking and unlocking structure and a holding brake self-locking structure, wherein a satellite ejection rail is arranged in a main frame; theelectromagnetic locking and unlocking structure is used for locking or unlocking a top cover and the main frame by utilizing two power-losing electromagnets; when the holding brake self-locking structure is locked, the satellite is locked in the unlocking and separating mechanism, the influence of the vibration on the satellite can be effectively reduced, and the satellite can be prevented from being popped out in advance during the popping process of the top cover; and the cubic satellite can be separated after the top cover is completely opened, self-locking can be realized after the top cover is opened to a set angle, and the top cover can be prevented from rebounding to interfere with cubic satellite separation. The unlocking and separating mechanism is light in weight, small in size,high in reliability, capable of ensuring safe launching of the cubic satellite and high in satellite launching success rate.
