Problems solved by technology

In practical applications, it can be found that electronic combination locks are usually expensive, and because they rely on electric energy, they are sensitive to harsh environments such as electromagnetic fields, temperature and humidity, and once they fail, they will cause serious consequences.
Most of the mechanical combination locks are relatively easy to decipher, and it is difficult to be relied on in hangar doors with high security requirements.

Abstract

The invention provides a mechanical code lock. The mechanical code lock comprises a plurality of code rotary knob shafts, a limiting assembly, a code bolt rack and a plurality of unlocking rotary knobassemblies, wherein each code rotary knob shaft is provided with a radial through hole; the upper portion of the limiting assembly is provided with a plurality of cut-through rods; the cut-through rods can be matched with the multiple radial through holes correspondingly; the lower portion of the limiting assembly is provided with a wedge-shaped part; the upper portion of the code bolt rack is provided with a wedge-shaped matching part connected with the wedge-shaped part correspondingly; the code bolt rack can drive the limiting assembly to move up and down in the vertical direction; one ofthe multiple unlocking rotary knob assemblies serves as an unlocking rotary knob which is in driving connection with the code bolt rack. The mechanical code lock has the beneficial effects that the mechanical code lock does not need a key, a power supply and a battery and does not produce waste pollutants; the mechanical code lock is of a full-mechanical structure, can adapt to the bad working environment, is wide in application range, is unlocked through the rotary knobs, is easy to operate and short in unlocking time and facilitates replacement of a code.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of combination locks, in particular to a mechanical combination lock. Background technique [0002] The cryptographic hangar door locks widely used at present are mainly electronic coded locks. In practical applications, it can be found that electronic combination locks are usually expensive, and because they rely on electric energy, they are sensitive to harsh environments such as electromagnetic fields, temperature and humidity, and once they fail, serious consequences will result. Most of the mechanical combination locks are relatively easy to decipher, and are difficult to be relied on in hangar doors with high security requirements. [0003] The environment in which the hangar door is used is usually relatively harsh, and because the aircraft stored in the hangar is relatively expensive, high requirements are placed on the safety and reliability of the door lock. Contents of the invention [0004] The inventi...
