Abstract

The invention relates to a method for improving the circulation efficiency of paper mill boiler materials. The method comprises the following steps that the ash content of coal needing to be added into a boiler is detected, and the height of a boiler cyclone separator central cylinder is adjusted; the air pressure at the bottom of a combustion chamber and the air pressure at aninlet of the cycloneseparator central cylinder are detected, and whether the differencebetweenair pressure ofthe bottom of the combustion chamber and the inlet of the cyclone separator central cylinder is within a preset range or not is calculated; and if the difference betweenair pressure at the bottom of the combustion chamber and the inlet of the cyclone separator central cylinder is within the preset range, normal combustion is carried out, otherwise, adjusting of the height of the boiler cyclone separator central cylinder is continuously carried out. Differing from the prior art, the method has the characteristics that the difference between the air pressure at the bottom of the combustion chamber and the inlet of the cyclone separator central cylinder can be kept within the preset range, and thus suspended particles are prevented from being taken away by rising air flows due to expanding of the diameters of the air flows; and the material separating capability is effectively improved, so that the materials are fully recycled, and the economic efficiency of the boiler is improved.
