Abstract

The method comprises the steps of acquiring the initial hydrodynamic sizes of the polymer solution to be measured under multiple preset pressure values; acquiring a target working pressure according to each pressure value and the corresponding initial hydrodynamic size; under the target working pressure, performing a continuous filter test on the polymer solution to be measured, thus acquiring a target filter volume corresponding to each filter membrane with a preset hole diameter; separately computing a filter rate of the polymer solution to be measured that passes through each filter membrane with the preset hole diameter according to the target working pressure and the target filter volume corresponding to each filter membrane with the preset hole diameter; and according to each preset hole diameter and the corresponding filter rate, generating a relation curve between the hole diameters and the filter rates, acquiring the hole diameter corresponding to the inflection point of the relation curve, and using the hole diameter corresponding to the inflection point as the hydrodynamic size of the polymer solution to be measured. The concentration and cleanness of the polymer solution to be measured do not need to be acquired, and the accuracy of the measured hydrodynamic size is improved.
