Abstract

The invention discloses a permanent magnet synchronous motor torque distribution method for an electric bus based on optimal efficiency. According to the invention, a BP neural network is applied to disk type motor torque distribution and current control is performed through dead beat-free prediction control. The method comprises the following steps of: by taking multi-stator-multi-rotor multi-disc permanent magnet synchronous motor as an example, on basis of previously studied torque equalization, the optimal output torque of each stator disc in the multi-disc stator is obtained by applying a torque distribution method with the highest efficiency obtained through BP neural network optimization; the two input quantities of an input layer are the total torque T and the rotating speed omega respectively; the three quantities of an output layer are the torque distribution coefficients of the stator discs respectively; and for a motor driving control module, dead beat-free current prediction control is adopted to improve the response speed of a motor current loop and reduce errors. Compared with the prior art, the dynamic response and steady-state response capability of the motor current loop can be improved, the operation efficiency of the electric vehicle can be enhanced, and the endurance mileage can be increased.
