A rare-earth permanent-magnet synchronous servo motor comprises a machine base, a stator, a rotor and a rotary shaft. The stator comprises a stator iron core and a stator winding, the stator iron core is formed by stacking stator punching sheets, the stator punching sheets are provided with stator punching sheet slots, and stator windings are arranged in the stator punching sheet slots. The rotor comprises a rotor iron core and rare-earth permanent magnets, the rotor iron core is formed by stacking rotor punching sheets, eight pairs of magnetic steel slots are uniformly circumferentially distributed on yoke portions of the rotor punching sheets, each pair of magnetic steel slots are radially symmetrically arranged in V shape, and the rare-earth permanent magnets are embedded in the steel magnetic slots. The rare-earth permanent-magnet synchronous servo motor adopting the structure of V-shaped magnetic loops with short-distance windings of fractional slots has the advantages of low loss, high efficiency, large starting torque, small size, light weight, high power density and the like, has the advantage that ultraharmonics and slot effect are suppressed by means of the windings of the fractional slots, and thereby having the advantages of low torque pulsation, small positioning moment, high balance accuracy, stable running, low noise and vibration, and the like.
