According to the device, sprayed fog droplets can be charged by using a charging technology, and different spraying particle sizes can be set with regard to different dust laying and haze removing occasions so as to efficiently remove haze. The structure is simple and easy to build, integrated manufacturing of components and parts can be achieved, and full-automated running can be achieved; and the device has the characteristics of simplicity and convenience in mounting, flexibility in operation and silence, is applicable to cities and is broad in application prospect.
