The battery module comprises soft pack battery modules, a heat conduction sheet and front and rear bus bar assemblies, wherein the soft pack battery modules are stacked and connected to form a whole soft pack battery module; the front bus bar assembly and the rear bus bar assembly are connected to the front end and the rear end of the whole soft pack battery module; the bus bars on the front bus bar assembly and the rear bus bar assembly are contacted with leads of corresponding soft pack cathode mixes; the bottom surface of the whole soft pack battery module forms a cooling surface; and the cooling surface is contacted with the heat conduction sheet. Thus, the battery modules are assembled to the whole soft pack battery module, series and parallel connection of different requirements can be realized, and the applicability is strong; the bottom of the whole battery module is provided with the heat conduction sheet, thereby achieving good heat conduction performance; and an embedded molding process is adopted between a heat conduction frame and a plastic piece and between the whole soft pack cathode mix module and the bus bar assemblies, thereby improving the strength of the assembly formed by the heat conduction frame and the plastic piece and achieving better product consistency.
