The battery module comprises soft pack battery modules, a heat conduction sheet and front and rear bus bar assemblies, wherein the soft pack battery modules are stacked and connected to form a whole soft pack battery module; the front bus bar assembly and the rear bus bar assembly are connected to the front end and the rear end of the whole soft pack battery module; the bus bars on the front bus bar assembly and the rear bus bar assembly are contacted with leads of corresponding soft pack cathode mixes; the bottom surface of the whole soft pack battery module forms a cooling surface; and the cooling surface is contacted with the heat conduction sheet.
