Based on an RCD file and an SCD file of the smart substation, a characteristic value index corresponding to each link in the operation flow of each control remote operation control point and the correlation between the characteristic value indexes corresponding to the links can be recognized, and multi-protocol correlation modeling for smart substation control remote operation is realized.
