Embodiment Construction

[0044] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with drawings and embodiments.

[0045] refer to figure 1 The method for removing baseline drift of ECG signals based on singular spectrum analysis and variational mode decomposition provided in this embodiment is performed according to the following steps:

[0046] First enter step 1: obtain ECG signal data, this embodiment intercepts 5s from MIT / BIT arrhythmia database record No. 105 ECG signal as "clean" ECG signal x ECG (t), whose waveform is as Figure 4 shown. In order to verify the effectiveness of this technical solution, the baseline drift data x BW (t) The real baseline drift data from the MIT / BIT noise database, also intercepted 5s data. Superimpose the ECG signal with the baseline drift to obtain the ECG signal with baseline drift x(t)=x ECG (t)+x BW (t) is the ECG signal to be processed in the present embodiment, and its waveform is as follows Figure 5 shown. Due to the signal sam...

Abstract

The invention discloses an electrocardiosignal baseline drifting removal method based on singular spectrum analysis and variational mode decomposition. The method includes the steps of conducting embedding and singular value decomposition on original electrocardiosignals to obtain a singular value and left and right feature vectors; dividing decomposed components into three groups by detecting thepeak value of right feature vector power spectrum density and the frequency corresponding to the peak value; reconstructing the two components with variable information to obtain two signals, whereinthe first part is baseline drifting removed electrocardiosignals ECG1 and electrocardiosignals and baseline drifting aliasing signals, and the second part is baseline drifting removed electrocardiosignals EGC2 which are obtained by further decomposing the aliasing signals through variational mode decomposition; finally, adding the electrocardiosignals ECG1 to the electrocardiosignals EGC2 to obtain the final baseline drifting removed electrocardiosignals. The result of removing the baseline drifting interference in the electrocardiosignals through the combination of singular spectrum analysisand variational mode decomposition is accurate and does not depend to the priori knowledge of a user.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of electrocardiographic signal processing, in particular to a method for removing baseline drift of electrocardiographic signals based on singular spectrum analysis and variational mode decomposition. Background technique [0002] ECG signal is one of the earliest biological signals studied and used in clinical medicine. It is easier to detect than other signals, and has a relatively intuitive regularity. It has important reference value for the basic function of the heart and its pathological research. [0003] Pure ECG signals are helpful for medical diagnosis and analysis. However, in the process of collecting ECG signals, due to the influence of human body factors or medical equipment, it will inevitably bring various noise interference, such as baseline drift, myoelectricity, etc. Interference and power frequency interference, etc. Among them, the baseline drift is mainly caused by the breathing movement of the ...
