Abstract

The modified hectorite is prepared by conducting nanometer structural modification on hectorite through nanometer modified mixed liquid specifically throughthe following steps of firstly, conducting purification treatment on the hectorite dissolved in water; secondly, conducting heating and mixing reaction on a hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide solution, a lanthanum ionic salt solution and a cerium ionic salt solution to obtain an organic / inorganic mixed lanthanide series metal solution, conducting heating and mixing reaction on a soluble metal aluminum solution and a soluble metal zinc solution to obtain a mixed transition metal solution, and conducting heating and mixing reaction on the organic / inorganic mixed lanthanide series metal solution and the mixed transition metal solution to obtain the nanometer modified mixed liquid; thirdly, adding the nanometer modified mixed liquid to purified hectorite suspension for sufficient reaction,and separating products; fourthly, conducting vacuum-drying, high-temperature sintering and grinding on the products after freezing to obtain the modified hectorite.
