Abstract

The invention discloses a method for positioning and storing and taking test tubes based on a coordinate system. The method comprises the following steps that all round holes in a tray are numbered insequence; the four round holes in the fan-shaped tray are selected as vertexes, and a trapezoid is defined by the four round holes, coordinates of four vertexes of the trapezoid are calibrated, and coordinates of all the round holes contained in the trapezoid are calculated according to the four coordinates and hole distances; a second step and a third step are repeated to calibrate the coordinates of all the round holes in the tray; and a mechanical arm is used for carrying out storing and taking operation on the test tubes in the corresponding round holes according to the numbers and the coordinates of the round holes. The method and the system for positioning and storing and taking the test tubes based on the coordinate system can be used for carrying out multi-point sampling on the round holes in the tray, and errors can be decomposed in different areas, so that an error value is effectively reduced, the accuracy of the coordinates is improved, accurate grabbing of the test tubesis realized; and the number of the trapezoid is increased to shrink the calibration range, so that the errors of point coordinates on an actual tray are reduced, and the accuracy of grabbing the testtubes by the mechanical arm is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of management of test tubes for storing biological samples, in particular to a method and system for locating and accessing test tubes based on a coordinate system. Background technique [0002] With the development of the biomedical industry in recent years, the number of specimens required by scientific research and medical institutions has increased year by year. The traditional manual operation faces too many problems, which often brings a lot of troubles to the management of specimen test tubes. At present, there are technologies and cases of using barcodes or RFID electronic tags to strengthen specimen test tubes. The existing test tube identification is mainly aimed at the identification and management of a single test tube in a plane, or using bar codes or RFID technology. These solutions are aimed at a small number of test tube management and manual operation scenarios, and require a code scanning gun, which...
