The method comprises the following steps that: an unmanned aerial vehicle carries out routing inspection according to a set routing inspection circuit; photographing data is transmitted to a ground control system; the photographing data is subjected to rail image identification; the battery dump energy of the unmanned aerial vehicle is monitored, and whether the unmanned aerial vehicle can reach a nearest charging pile or not can be calculated; after the unmanned aerial vehicle reaches above the charging pile, the collected image is transmitted to the ground control system, landing beacon image identification is carried out, a landing beacon position in the image is detected, a relative position of the landing beacon and the unmanned aerial vehicle is calculated, the position of the unmanned aerial vehicle is regulated, an ultrasonic wave distance measuring module measures a vertical distance with the landing beacon, and the unmanned aerial vehicle lands; the unmanned aerial vehicle and the charging pile carry out wireless charging; and after the unmanned aerialvehicle is fully charged, the unmanned aerial vehicle is disconnected with the charging pile to continuously carry out routing inspection.
