Based on a wireless body area network MAC protocol based on multiple channels, a superframe comprises an active period and a dormant period which are sequentially carried out, and a beacon stage, an initial channel distribution stage, a channel selection stage and a data transmission stage are sequentially carried out in the active period; in the beacon stage, the coordinator completes network synchronization with the wireless sensor nodes; in the initial channel distribution stage, the coordinator classifies all available channels into a management channel and a plurality of data channels, the coordinator distributes one data channel for each wireless sensor node as an initial channel, and the initial channels of different wireless sensor nodes are mutually independent or mutually overlapped; in the channel selection stage, the wireless sensor node selects one data channel for data transmission based on the initial channel state and the data priority; and in the data transmission stage, the wireless sensor node performs data transmission through the selected data channel.
