Problems solved by technology

In this way, when current flows through the ground wiring, noise may spread from the ground wiring itself to the surroundings.
In addition, when connecting the power supply wiring that supplies current to the coil of the stator to a power supply connection terminal such as a socket, the noise diffused from the ground wiring may spread to other electronic devices through the power supply wiring and the power supply connection terminal.

Embodiment Construction

[0016] figure 1 It is a cross-sectional view showing a motor according to one embodiment.

[0017] figure 1 The illustrated motor 1 of this embodiment is, for example, a motor that drives a fan of a ventilation fan. The motor 1 includes a rotor 2 , a stator 3 , a circuit board 5 and a motor case 10 .

[0018] The rotor 2 includes a shaft 21 extending along the central axis J, a rotor core 22, and permanent magnets (not shown). The shaft 21 extends in the axial direction along the central axis J. As shown in FIG. The shaft 21 is rotatably supported about the central axis J by bearings 24 , 25 provided in the motor housing 10 . The rotor core 22 is provided on the radially outer side of the shaft 21 . The rotor core 22 is fitted to a knurled portion 22 a located at an intermediate portion of the shaft 21 in the axial direction along the central axis J, and rotates around the central axis J integrally with the shaft 21 . Permanent magnets (not shown) are provided on the out...

Abstract

A motor includes a rotor including a shaft extending along a central axis, a stator radially facing the rotor, a circuit board electrically connected to a coil of the stator, and a motor case. The motor case includes a first case portion with a bottomed tubular shape to accommodate the rotor, the stator, and the circuit board, and a second case portion with a bottomed tubular shape that axially faces the first case portion and is connected to the first case portion. A grounding terminal to electrically connect an inner peripheral surface of the second case portion and a grounding electrode onthe circuit board is provided.

Description

technical field [0001] This invention relates to motors. Background technique [0002] In Japanese Laid-Open Publication No. 2017-229124, as a DC (direct current) motor used in a ventilation fan for domestic use, it is described that a cylindrical frame made of metal and a metal motor that closes the opening of the cylindrical frame are made of metal. The inside of the motor case includes a stator, a rotor, and a circuit board structure on which electronic components constituting a drive circuit are mounted and connected to coils of the stator. In addition, Patent Document 1 discloses a configuration in which the potential of a through-hole of a circuit board is set to a GND (ground) potential. [0003] In the motor as described above, in order to set the potential of the through hole of the circuit board to the GND potential, one end of the ground wiring is connected to the through hole (ground terminal) of the circuit board. The wiring for grounding is led out to the out...
