The fire extinguishing bomb aiming and launching control system of the high-rise building fire-fighting unmanned aerial vehicle comprises an aerial launching platform, a ground mobile phone control terminal and a ground wireless signal emitter. The ground mobile phone control terminal is in communication connection with a single chip microcomputer in the air launching platform. The ground wireless signal emitter provides WIFI signals for the fire extinguishing bomb aiming and launching control system. The aerial launching platform comprises a single-chip microcomputer, a laser ranging sensor and a camera, wherein a signal output end of the camera is in communication with an image signal input end on the single-chip microcomputer. According to the system and method, the sinking amount data of a fire extinguishing bomb areobtained through detailed calculation and repeated test calibration, the data information is imported into the single-chip microcomputer and is converted into the character signals, then the charactersignals are superimposed on a video of the ground mobile phone control terminal through a character superposition module, the aiming precision is high, and the operation is simple.
