Abstract

The invention discloses a composite electrode for simultaneous electrochemical lithium storage and sodium storage and a preparation method thereof. The composite electrode utilizes a Bi2S3-MoS2/graphene composite nanomaterial as an active material for simultaneous electrochemical lithium storage and sodium storage. The method comprises the preparation steps of preparing the Bi2S3-MoS2/graphene composite nanomaterial through hydrothermal reaction of a mixed solution of Bi(NO3)3, Na2MoO4 and L-cysteine under the hydrothermal condition in the presence of graphene oxide; and blending the obtainedBi2S3-MoS2/graphene composite nanomaterial, acetylene black, carboxymethyl cellulose and a polyvinylidene fluoride solution into uniform paste, coating copper foil with the paste, and drying and rolling to obtain the composite electrode for simultaneous electrochemical lithium storage and sodium storage. The composite electrode has the advantages of high reversible specific capacity of simultaneous electrochemical lithium storage and sodium storage, stable cycle performance and significantly enhanced high rate charge-discharge characteristics.
