The Aureobasidium pullulans PA-2 fermenting medium 84.60 g/L ofglucose, 46.35 g/L of soybean flour and 10.91 g/L of inorganic salts; the inorganic salts include NaCl, MgSO4, KCl, K2HPO4 and (NH4)2SO4; as fermenting culture conditions, pH is 7.0, fermenting culture time is 120 h, inoculating quantity is 8%, rotational velocity is 180 r/min, fermenting temperature is 25 DEG C, and liquid-holding capacity is 60 mL.
