The invention belongs to the technical field of heavy-
metal wastewater treatment and particularly relates to a method for preparing an
aureobasidium pullulans fermented wheat-
bran adsorbent and application of the adsorbent. The method specifically comprises the steps of crushing wheat
bran, then, inoculating
aureobasidium pullulans
cell sap with the concentration of 5-15%, and carrying out
solid-state
fermentation for 48-120 hours at the temperature of 20-30 DEG C, thereby obtaining the heavy-
metal bio-adsorbent which contains
pullulan,
aureobasidium pullulans
thallus cells and fermented wheat
bran residues. According to the application, the prepared adsorbent is applied to
industrial wastewater treatment so as to remove heavy-
metal chromium ions from
wastewater, the
chromium ion adsorbed wheat-bran adsorbent is applied to
incineration power generation, meanwhile, heavy-metal
chromium is separated and recovered from ash
slag, and the
incineration ash
slag is applied to soil fertilization serving as an
organic fertilizer adjuvant. According to the method and the application, not only is the efficient comprehensive utilization of
agricultural waste resources realized, but also the method has the advantages that the raw materials are wide in source, are cheap and are easily obtained, the cost of the product is low, the process is simple, waste water and waste residues which pollute the environment are not caused, the adsorption capacity is large, the performance is stable, and the like.
