The invention relates to a pre-filming MAP filler which can improve the crystallization sedimentation performance of MAP (struvite) and a preparation method. The pre-filming MAP filler and the preparation method are characterized in that porous particles such as waste zeolite, waste active carbon, coke, fly ashes, etc. are used as carriers, magnesium, phosphate and ammonia-nitrogen are used as raw materials, the mol ratio among N, P and Mg is 1:1:1.0 to 2.0, and an MAP film is formed on the surface of the carriers through fluidized reaction. The filler is put in ammonia-containing phosphorus wastewater, so the crystallization sedimentation performance of the MAP (struvite) on the surface of the pre-filming filler can be enhanced obviously; the test shows that the crystal nucleus growth velocity is increased about 20 percent compared with a common amorphous filler carriers. In addition, the carriers are pre-filmed, thereby being beneficial for the MAP film-forming and increasing the firmness of the film. The pre-filming MAP filler and the preparation method adopt external circulation fluidized reaction to prepare the pre-film, and the friction between the carriers is reduced, thereby being also beneficial for the film-forming on the carriers. Air is added before reaction for pressurizing, thereby being beneficial for the formation of the porous pre-filmed MAP carriers and increasing the porosity of the pre-filmed carriers obviously.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: smelting TiAl-Nb button-shaped master alloy ingot casting by using an electro-magnetic induction suspension method; preparing a cylindrical rod-shaped sample by means of differential pressure suction casting or gravity casting; directionally condensing the cylindrical bar by using an optical float-zone crystal growth system to guarantee that the heating power is between 65% and 70%, the growth velocity is 5-30mm / h, the relative rotation speed is 20-40r / min and the argon flow protection is carried out for 3-5L / min; finally obtaining a TiAl-Nb monocrystal test bar; and performing desegregation heat treatment on the TiAl-Nb monocrystal bar to finally obtain the monocrystal test sample. By adopting the TiAl-Nb monocrystal alloy material prepared by using preparation method disclosed by the invention, the alloy pollution caused by a traditional Bridgman directional condensation method can be effectively avoided, a solid-liquid interface shape during condensation is controlled by regulating the heating power so as to quickly obtain the TiAl-Nb monocrystal, and after the desegregation of the TiAl-Nb monocrystal, the high-strength TiAl-Nb monocrystal alloy of which the yield strength is 637MPa at a temperature of 900 DEG C, the elongation percentage is 8.1% and the ductile-brittle transition temperature is not lower than 900 DEG C can be obtained.

The method generates a random tree based on a rapid random tree method to search a feasible route, in the growth process of the rapid random tree, growth and selection of tree nodes are carried out by a method of velocity obstruction (MVO), an obstacle avoiding problem can be synchronously considered in a velocity field and a position field, the velocity obstruction growth velocity is high, and high efficiency is achieved; meanwhile, the MVO considering maximum robot velocity is adopted, the comparatively high-velocity dynamic obstacle can be avoided; and in addition, the velocity obstacle has advantage in multi-robot avoiding condition, and the method for robot to avoid the dynamic obstacle in the complex occasion is suitable for avoiding multi-dynamic-obstacles.

According to the dynamic membrane control method disclosed by the invention, an intermittent operation mode of biogas circulation is set and a purpose of controlling the growth and decay rate of the dynamic membrane by setting the closing and opening time of the biogas circulation and biogas circulation strength is achieved. The dynamic membrane forming control method disclosed by the invention is coupled with conventional anaerobic fermentation and a novel dynamic membrane separating process, so that not only can anaerobic conditions of a main body reaction region be ensured while a dynamic membrane assembly is cleaned, but also upgrading and reconstruction of the conventional anaerobic fermentation tank are convenient; the intermittent operation mode of biogas circulation can be used for restraining growth velocity of the dynamic membrane and reducing damages of gas scouring on the dynamic membrane, so that not only is water quality of outlet water improved, but also physical cleaning period is prolonged. Compared with the conventional biogas circulation mode, effect of saving energy is achieved by greatly reducing opening time of the circulation mode, so that gas circulation energy consumption can be saved by 67%-97% under the same aeration intensity condition.

The method comprises the following steps: respectively testing abundance of synechococcus and ultra-miniature eukaryotic algae in an acquired sample; respectively calculating the carbon biomass and growth velocity of the synechococcus and the ultra-miniature eukaryotic algae so as to obtain the euphotic layer depth of sampling points of the synechococcus and the ultra-miniature eukaryotic algae; respectively calculating responses of the synechococcus and the ultra-miniature eukaryotic algae to surface light intensity on the basis of water depth variation; respectively calculating primary productivity of the synechococcus and the ultra-miniature eukaryotic algae so as to obtain primary productivity of ultra-miniature phytoplankton at the sampling points. By adopting the method, the fixed carbon content of ultra-miniature phytoplankton in offshore, shelf sea and high-latitude open ocean (the latitude of which is greater than 40 degrees) can be calculated, compared with a method for determining the primary productivity of ultra-miniature phytoplankton on the basis of 14C in situ, the method saves time and labor, and can be used for estimating the primary conductivity of ultra-miniature phytoplankton in a relatively large research area. Tests show that the primary conductivity calculated by using the method has relatively good linear relationship with that of ultra-miniature phytoplankton tested on the basis of 14C, good estimation reliability is achieved, and a theoretic basis is provided for later practical study.
