The method has higher actual significance than ginseng cell cultivation, and the growth speed of the adventitious root is much higher than that of the original root; furthermore, the production rate of active secondary metabolite of the adventitious root is high and stabler and is not influenced by natural environment such as natural disaster and the like; the tissue culture method also has the characteristics of simple technique process, high inductivity, good repeatability, rapid propagation of the adventitious root, etc.

The invention discloses a biological purification agent applied to sewage of livestock and poultry farms and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstlyadding a compound microorganism bacterium agent into an immobilized carrier formed by three carriers including sodium alginate zeolite, sodium alginate and polyvinyl alcohol to obtain a bacterium solution, wherein the mass ratio of the immobilized carrier to the compound microorganism bacterium agent is (200-300) to 1, the compound microorganism bacterium agent contains rhodospirillum, nitrifyingbacteria and bacillus subtilis according to a volume ratio of 1 to 1 to 1, and the number of effective living bacteria in per gram of the compound microorganism bacterium agent is greater than or equal to 109; then dropping the bacterium solution into a boric acid saturated solution with 4-8% of CaCl2 to obtain globular immobilized compound microorganisms; finally enabling the immobilized compound microorganisms to stand and cure under the condition of 4 DEG C, carrying out immobilized crosslinking for 24 hours to obtain immobilized microorganism globules, washing the immobilized microorganism globules with deionized water for at least three times to obtain the biological purification agent. The preparation method is simple and is low in cost; the prepared purification agent has strong stability, and high microorganism activity, is environmentally friendly, and is free of secondary pollution.

Application of salt-tolerant nitrogen and phosphorus removing bacillus altitudinis to wastewater treatment

The invention relates to a high salt-tolerant bacillus alitudinis with functions of heterotrophic nitrification-aerobic denitrification and phosphorous removal and application thereof to wastewater treatment. The bacillus alitudinis has strong high salt environment tolerance, grows well under a high-salt condition, and can metabolize by taking organic carbon as one and only carbon source and ammonia nitrogen as one and only nitrogen source; through the heterotrophic nitrification-aerobic denitrification, the ammonia nitrogen is directly converted into a gaseous product so as to achieve a denitrifying purpose; the bacillus alitudinis can also take nitrate nitrogen as one and only nitrogen source, the nitrate nitrogen is converted into a gaseous product through the aerobic denitrification; and under aerobic conditions inorganic phosphorus can be taken into a body and converted into a component of the body so as to realize a purpose of removing phosphorus in sewage. The bacillus alitudinis is applied to high-salt wastewater treatment, can achieve synchronization removal of nitrogen and phosphorus under a single aerobic condition, and provides a new way for solving a problem of biological removal of the nitrogen and phosphorus under the high-salt condition.
