The invention provides a method for producing long-chain dicarboxylic acid by regulating and controlling the fermentation process through redox potential.The method comprises the steps of strain activating, seed culture and fermentation acid production.A fermentation system is a four-phase fermentation system formed by thalluses, sterile air, alkane and water, an ORP electrode is introduced into the fermentation system, and two-stage OPR control fermentation is achieved to produce the long-chain dicarboxylic acid by regulating the ventilatory capacity and stirring rotating speed in combination with an oxidizing agent and a reducing agent.According to the method, the ORP electrode is introduced in the process of producing the long-chain dicarboxylic acid through microbial fermentation, so that a two-stage ORP control strategy is achieved; the fermentation process of the long-chain dicarboxylic acid is regulated, and therefore the yield of the long-chain dicarboxylic acid and the stability of the fermentation system are improved; the fermentation yield is remarkably improved compared with a method that ORP is not controlled, even the fermentation yield is 4.6 times that of the method that the ORP is not controlled, and the production intensity can reach 1.78 g.h-1.L-1.

According to the method disclosed by the invention, the metabolite change law in the process of producing the spinosad by virtue of fermentation of the saccharopolyspora spinosa is revealed by utilizing the metabonomics means and combining multivariate statistics, and a metabolic change mechanism related to production of the spinosad is further explained; by analyzing the spinosad production capability and the metabolic level of the saccharopolyspora spinosa in different growth environments, the metabolin related to the production of the spinosad is found, thus providing a direction for optimizing the culture process of the saccharopolyspora spinosa and increasing the fermentation yield of the spinosad. The invention also provides new thinking and method for study in other culture technological processes of producing macrolides microorganisms.
