The method comprises the steps of S1, moving a transformer to be tested into the loading slow-transfer zone; S2:, sensing the height of the transformer and moving the transformer to be tested into the testzone; S3, adjusting the capture sensing height, obtaining the model type and the position and yaw angle information of the transformer; S4, connecting the wiring clamp and the automatic knob device with a binding post and a knob; S5, carrying out an automatic test; S6, putting the wiring clamp and the automatic knob device back to the pick-and-place platform; and S7, moving the conveying line forunloading subsequent products.
