The adjustable suture has the beneficial effects that after suturing or ligating a tissue, the adjustable suture can be stretched along with the tissue edema and other conditions and can alsobe shortened with the tissue edema subsiding, so as to make the tissue keep relatively long-lasting pressure in the healing process; the suture is a low-tension suture and has slow cutting effect onthe tissue.
