The method comprises the following steps: collecting multiple rock core or rock debris samples of a reservoir; cleaning the collected reservoir rock core or rock debris samples for multiple times by using distilled water, and airing the cleaned rock core or crock debris samples; smashing the cleaned rock core or rock debris samples, and screening out multiple reservoir particles; putting the reservoir particles into a clean breaker, pouring in dichloromethane, oscillating the breaker for first preset time by utilizing ultrasonic wave, then performing standing on the breaker for second preset time, so as to collect extract; performing three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum detection on the extract of the collected reservoir particles, and acquiring three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum parameters of the extract; and recognizing the type of the maturity of the crude oil according to the three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum parameters of the extract.
