The method comprises: 1, giving orthographic projections of three impeller blades of the hydraulic torque converter and a circulating circle of the hydraulic torque converter; 2, finding a blade inlet and outlet sideboundary on the blade orthographic projection drawing; 3, drawing a blade curve multi-cylindrical-surface expansion diagram; 4, performing blade angle transformation, solving new blade coordinates, and obtaining a new blade space curve; and 5, sewing the blade space curve into a blade three-dimensional entity by constructing a ruled surface.
