Abstract

The invention relates to a method for precisely analyzing a short voice segment. The method comprises the following steps: capturing voice in real time by a voice recognition system in a call process,and automatically recording call information; determining the voice segment of a predictable and especially brief answer; offline analyzing the voice of the called party in the voice segment by utilizing a secondary voice identification system of a machine learning training classification model to obtain correct characters; recording the correct voice characters determined through the secondary analysis, thereby improving the accuracy of the real-time voice recognition. The problem of how to identifying the words in the voice segment in real time is solved, so that a user can correctly recordthe required voice information without interrupting the telephone conservation flow.
