Abstract

The invention discloses a preparing method of an efficient fluoride-free water proofing agent with a telechelic polymer. The preparing method includes the following steps of firstly, evenly mixing andemulsifying 25-35% of a fluorine-free polymer, 1.5-6% of a surfactant, 1.5-9% of an aid and water to obtain a pre-emulsion, wherein the pre-emulsion does not contain an initiator, a water-soluble monomer or substances with the boiling point lower than the emulsifying temperature; secondly, adding the water-soluble monomer to the pre-emulsion obtained in the first step to be evenly mixed, adding the initiator for reaction, adding the substances with the boiling point lower than the emulsifying temperature at a time or step by step, lowering the system temperature to the room temperature afterthe reaction ends, and conducting filtering to obtain the target product. The efficient water and oil proofing agent has a good water and oil proofing effect. The fluoride-free water proofing agent prepared through the method has a good water proofing effect, does not contain fluoride and is environmentally friendly, and has a better water proofing effect and is good in handfeel and higher in laundering durability compared with the prior art.
