Abstract

The invention provides a method, device and memory for dealing with problem cells in mobile communication. The method can send user equipment (UE) capability information to a cell. In response to not receiving service from the cell, the method may determine the cell as a problem cell. The method can reduce the size of the UE capability information. The method may also send the reduced UE capability information to the problem cell. Through the method for dealing with problematic cells in mobile communication described in the present invention, UE can determine the problematic cell, and can reconnect to the problematic cell to obtain services by reducing the size of UE capability information.
