Embodiment 1

[0026] A non-destructive testing method for predicting the long-term durability of concrete in a natural environment. Using concrete test blocks under different curing conditions, the long-term durability of concrete is predicted by the dynamic elastic modulus attenuation under natural curing conditions and relative standard curing conditions. performance; the concrete test block is repeatedly tested according to age, and long-term durability performance observation can be carried out according to engineering needs.

[0027] Further, the different conservation conditions include standard conservation conditions and natural conservation conditions;

[0028] Further, the standard curing conditions meet the technical requirements of DL / T 5150-2017, the temperature is controlled at 20°C±3°C, and the relative humidity is not less than 95%;

[0029] Further, the natural conservation conditions are based on engineering reality, and the outdoor climate conditions near the project shal...

Embodiment 2

[0037] Form two groups of concrete test blocks C 90 25, 3 in each group, the size is 100mm×100mm×400mm. One group is placed in a curing room where the temperature is controlled at 20°C±3°C and the relative humidity is not less than 95% under quasi-curing conditions. The other group was placed on the roof of the laboratory 2km away from the supporting project and exposed to natural conditions.

[0038] The two groups of specimens were maintained to different ages, and the final measured values of the relative dynamic modulus were calculated. As shown in Table 1 below.

Abstract

The invention provides a nondestructive testing method for pre-judging long-term durability of concrete in a natural environment. The quality of the long-term durability is represented by forming a concrete test piece under standard curing and natural curing conditions and detecting change of the relative dynamic elastic modulus of concrete under the two curing conditions of different ages. The standard cured test piece is placed back to a curing chamber after age detection, the long-age concrete test piece is transferred along with the movement of the curing chamber according to engineering field conditions, the test pieces are observed continuously and periodically, and a value when the concrete approaches a stable condition at 5y or another age, the corresponding value replaces a test result with longer age; and the naturally cured test piece is placed in the natural environment again after age detection. The dynamic elastic modulus of the test piece of each age under the standard curing condition is taken as the reference, the attenuation value of the relative dynamic elastic modulus of the test piece of each age under the natural curing condition is calculated, and the long-term durability of the concrete is pre-judged.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the application field of new technologies in hydropower engineering, in particular to a non-destructive testing method for predicting the long-term durability of concrete in a natural environment. Background technique [0002] The long-term durability of concrete is closely related to the service life. The long-term durability of concrete is mainly evaluated from the aspects of concrete carbonation performance, frost resistance, and impermeability. Corruption problem. [0003] At present, the long-term performance research of concrete in large-scale hydropower projects must form a large number of concrete test blocks that have been cured for 3y, 5y and longer. The relevant research results of durability are rarely reported at home and abroad. The non-destructive testing method of long-term durability of concrete in natural environment has no disclosed invention yet. Contents of the invention [0004] The purpose of the pre...
