Abstract

The invention discloses a quantum dot color film, and a display device. The quantum dot color film comprises a transparent substrate, and a black matrix arranged on the surface of the transparent substrate and provided with a plurality of pixel openings, wherein quantum dot polymer layers are arranged in at least a part of the pixel openings; each quantum dot polymer layer comprises a polymer matrix and quantum dots scattered in the polymer matrix; low-refractive-index layers are arranged in the inner walls of the pixel openings with the quantum dot polymer layers; and the refractive indexes of the quantum dot polymer layers are higher than the refractive indexes of the low-refractive-index layers. The quantum dot color film and the display device disclosed by the invention have the advantages that the low-refractive-index layers are arranged in the inner walls of the pixel openings, so that the amount of emitted light, which is absorbed by the black matrix, of the quantum dot polymerlayers can be reduced, and the light conversion efficiency of the quantum dot color film can be further improved.
