Abstract

The invention discloses a PCB maintenance system and a PCB maintenance method based on false point defect detection. The PCB maintenance system comprises automatic optical detection equipment, a database server and maintenance equipment, wherein the automatic optical detection equipment is used for scanning a printed circuit board to be detected to obtain a scanned image, and comparing the scannedimage with a corresponding standard image loaded by means of the database server to construct a defect list containing defect coordinate information corresponding to preliminarily determined defectsof the scanned image; and the maintenance equipment can load the scanned image and the corresponding defect list by means of the database server, performs one-by-one re-inspection on the preliminarilydetermined defects, at each defect coordinates in the defect list, of the scanned image, deleting the defect from the defect list if the defect is re-inspected to be a false point defect, and maintaining the rest defects at the defect coordinates in the defect list corresponding to the printed circuit board. According to the PCB maintenance system and the PCB maintenance method, the false point defects detected by AOI are checked and then maintained, thereby greatly improving the maintenance efficiency.
