Abstract

The invention provides a BSG motor noise optimizing method and system and a vehicle and relates to the field of vehicles. The BSG motor noise optimizing method comprises the steps of firstly, receiving a triggering instruction of increasing a voltage of a BSG motor; secondly, adjusting a switching frequency of power module in a BSG motor controller according to the triggering instruction to a preset threshold switching frequency range so as to increase the voltage of the BSG motor, wherein the preset threshold switching frequency range is 11-12 kHz; thirdly, switching a PWM control mode of thepower module into a FW control mode and controlling the switching frequency of the power module so that the voltage of the BSG motor after the voltage is increased is stabilized within a preset threshold voltage range; and fourthly, increasing a rotation speed of the BSG motor into the preset threshold voltage range so that the resonance frequency of the BSG motor moves to a high frequency. According to the BSG motor noise optimizing method, the resonance frequency of the BSG motor can be moved to the high frequency to reduce the peak value of the noises, and therefore, the electromagnetic noises of the BSG motor are optimized.
