The calibration system comprises a first signal generator, asecond signal generator, a first digital recorder, a second digital recorder and a controller, wherein the first signal generator generates a first voltage signal and outputs the same according to preset parameters under the control of a synchronous trigger signal; the second signal generator generates a second voltage signal and outputs the same according to the preset parameters under the control of the synchronous trigger signal; the first digital recorder samples the first voltage signal under the control of a high-stability time base synchronous sampling signal to obtain amplitude data ofthe first voltage signal and output the same, and the second digital recorder samples the second voltage signal under the control of the high-stability time base synchronous sampling signal to obtainamplitude data of the second voltage signal and output the same; and the controller calculates the two pieces of received amplitude data to obtain a specific value error standard value between the two voltage signals, and calculates a phase error standard value between the two voltage signals according to the preset parameters.
