Embodiment Construction

[0009] The liquid 1 filling device 10 shown in FIG. 1 has a product container 11 for the liquid 1 . A first pressure line 12 is connected to the product container 11 , this pressure line is connected to a pressure source (not shown) and applies a first gas pressure P1 to the liquid 1 located in the product container 11 . From the bottom 13 of the product container 11 a supply pipe 14 leads which leads into a dispenser 15 . Viewed in the flow direction of the liquid 1 , a shut-off valve 17 and a sterilizing filter 18 are connected in the supply pipe 14 , and the sterilizing filter 18 is installed immediately in front of the dispenser 15 .

[0010] A second pressure tube 19 is connected above the cylinder-shaped dispenser 15 , through which a second gas pressure P2 can be applied to the liquid 1 in the dispenser 15 . In the side wall or shell wall 21 of the dispenser 15, a first liquid level sensor 22 for collecting the upper liquid level of the liquid and a second liquid level...

Abstract

A device for decanting a pressurized liquid into packaging containers, such as ampules, vials, or the like, having a reservoir for the liquid and a distributor that is connected to the reservoir via a supply line. A sterilizing filter is interposed in the supply line. In order to make it possible for the distributor to be completely emptied, the device embodies a separate pressure connection which applies a second pressure on the distributor so that the liquid disposed in the distributor is acted on with a second gas pressure (P2).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a device for filling a packaging container with a liquid under pressure. Background technique [0002] It is known, for example, from EP 0 430 897 B1. This device has a liquid storage container under gas pressure which is connected via a supply line to a dispenser to which is connected a filling valve assigned to the packaging container. [0003] In order to prevent bacteria in liquids from entering packaging containers, especially in pharmaceutical production, it is known that liquids are passed through a sterilizing filter before filling. In order that no other bacteria can enter the liquid after sterilizing filtration in the sterilizing filter, the sterilizing filter should be installed next to the filling device or the filling valve as much as possible. However, due to workplace and operational reasons, in most cases the sterilizing filter cannot be placed in the flow channel between the dispenser and the filling valve, o...
