Abstract

The present invention discloses a construction of a method for predicting a schizophrenia sleep disorder (SD) improvement effect based on multiple antioxidant stress. Blood plasma is collected beforetreatment, at an end of 2 weeks, at an end of 4 weeks and at an end of 6 weeks; the blood plasma is collected for detecting SOD and DHA; a HBO treatment is carried out on a patient once a day, 10 times are taken as one treatment course, an interval of each treatment course is 2 days, and total treatment courses are three; a polysomnography is used to monitor testees in patient wards respectively before starting the treatment and one week after finishing the treatment; a mathematical model is established according to concentrations of SOD and DHA in blood plasma for 4 times and sleep parametersobtained by monitoring whole-night sleep for 2 times before and after; and then the same testees are randomly selected as well, detection and monitoring are finished as well, and the mathematical model is repeatedly verified. An administration of hyperbaric oxygen can improve sleep disorder in overweight schizophrenia patients by influencing SOD enzyme activity and increasing DHA content.
