Abstract

The invention, which belongs to the field of mechanical design, discloses a test method for performance detection of a bolt connection stage under a transverse load. Testing equipment comprises a material testing machine, a bolt connection test piece, a pressure sensor, a data acquisition card and the like. According to the disclosed test method, a transverse load is applied to a bolt connection structure by the material testing machine, a force-displacement curve of a bolt pre-tightening force and a one-way tensile test process is recorded, and all stages of bolt connection in the transversesliding process are divided. With the provided testing equipment and test method, load and displacement threshold values of all stages of bolt connection transverse slippage under different pre-tightening forces are recorded and tangential characterization rigidity of the bolt connection is calculated. A pre-tightening force of a pre-tightened bolt is obtained by using the pressure sensor and multi-factor analysis of the bolt connection performance is carried out. In addition, performance detection and evaluation can be carried out on a specific bolt connection structure and an important basisand reference are provided for reliability evaluation and optimization design of bolt connection application.
