A connecting rod and a first check ring are welded to the inner side of the inner cylinder. The first check ring is arranged on the upper side of the connecting rod. A connecting sleeve is welded to the inner side of the connecting rod in a penetrating mode. A first valve element is arranged on the inner side of the connecting sleeve in apenetrating mode.
