[0055] 1. Acquisition of CSF samples from patients: This study selected 40 CSF samples from patients within 1 day after the rupture of intracranial aneurysms admitted to the Neurosurgery Department of Tai'an Central Hospital from February 2016 to January 2018. This research protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of Tai'an Central Hospital (No. 2016-05-003). The patient underwent interventional embolization and aneurysm craniotomy and clipping. Injury severity refers to GCS score and Hunt-Hess classification. Six months after operation, mRS score was used to conduct telephone follow-up to evaluate the prognosis.
[0056] 2. Inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria: (1) aged between 40 and 70 years old, (2) receiving only interventional embolization, (3) SAH caused by single responsibility aneurysm. Exclusion criteria: (1) converted to craniotomy during craniotomy clipping or interventional embolization; (2) SAH caused by multiple responsible aneurysms; (3) intraoperat...
