The voice denoising processing method comprises the followingsteps: when detecting that the distance between a voice collecting device and a target object achieves a preset value, acquiring a noisy voice signal collected by the voice collecting device, and carrying out frequency division processing on the noisy voice signal, so that a low-frequency-band signal is obtained; acquiring a magnitude spectrum and a phase spectrum of the low-frequency-band signal; acquiring a modulation domain signal corresponding to the magnitude spectrum; processing a magnitude spectrum or a power spectrum of the modulation domain by adopting a spectrum subtraction method,thus obtaining the magnitude spectrum or power spectrum of the modulation domain after denoising; compensating the phase spectrum of the modulation domain, thus obtaining the phase spectrum of the modulation domain after compensating; and based on the phase spectrum of the modulation domain after compensating, the magnitude spectrum of the modulation domain after denoising, and the phase spectrumof the low-frequency-band signal, acquiring a low-frequency-band signal after denoising, wherein the low-frequency-band signal after denoising is used for synthesizing a denoising voice signal.
